As if it weren't bad enough that the EU gets most of it's "sustainable energy" from burning trees, now it plans to classify some new gas power plants as "green investments".

This is exactly what EU does. It always has to comply with everything instead of taking a real stand for something and finally get nothing done. Pekka
Oh, and yes, trees should not be classified as "sustainable".
They are needed to sequester carbon and provide habitat for animals.
